Justine Henin Only A Step Away From Her Dream Return

Comeback woman Justine Henin is now only one step away from her dream comeback here at Melbourne Park.
Today she played her easiest match of the 2010 Australian Open in the semifinal against China's Zheng Jie. She is improving mentally as well as physically as the tournament progresses, she just didn't allow the 25 year old Chinese to get settle and she lost only a game in the match which ended in less than an hour.

Now she will have to cross only one barrier... the tallest and strongest of the seven barriers which she has been facing since first round, world no.1 and defending champion Serena Williams who defeated another Chinese Li Na 7-6(4), 7-6(1) in the other semifinal.
Just look at my previous post where I had predicted about the final between Justine Henin and any one of William sisters. It's going to be a thriller here at Melbourne Park on Saturday. And look at my prediction before the tournament starts... in the post 'Count down begins for Australian Open 2010'...Justine will have to play the best tennis of her life after returning to the court to beat the winner of 11 Grand Slam and toughest player of women's tennis, Serena Williams to make my prediction correct. It's not going to be easy but Justine looks pretty confident and she has the hunger to win her 8th Grand Slam. I'm sure she will succeed and make her fairytale return memorable to every tennis lover.

Come Back Woman reaches Final Four

Come back woman's impressive run continues... former world number one and 2004 Australian Open Champion Justine Henin enters semifinal by defeating number 19 seed Russian Nadia Petrova in straight sets 7-6(3), 7-5.
In the semifinal she will play against Jie Zheng of China who defeated Russian Maria Kirilenko easily in straight sets 6-1, 6-3. Jie has become the first Chinese woman to reach last four of Australian Open.
Now Henin is very close to her dream come back to the world of Tennis... she has already crossed 5 barriers, two more to go... next is Jie Zheng and in the final most probably any one of William sisters, she has to win both the matches to lift the trophy once again after 6 years.
