Count Down Begins for Formula One season 2010

Today is February 12, 2010, that means only one month to go for the first race of Formula One 2010 season. This time the season starts with the Bahrain GP at Sakhir; schedule date is 12-14 March'2010.
2010 season consists of 19 races, two more than last season. Canada GP is back after a gap of one year and a brand new track at Yeongam, Korea is added this time...this is the 8th Asian track added in the Formula One race history.

13 teams will participate in this season.

McLaren, Mercedes GP, Red Bull, Ferrari, Williams, Renault, Force India, Torro Rosso, Lotus, Campus, US F1, Virgin and BMW Sauber.

Four of them are new - Lotus, Campus, US F1 and Virgin

No Toyota will be seen this time.

King of Formula One, seven times World Champion Michael Schumacher is back from the retirement after 4 years. We can once again watch the Michael Magic, but will miss the artistic driving of Kimi Raikkonen this time. Other experience drivers might not be seen as a race driver this season are Nick Heidfeld and Giancarlo Fisichella, both will do their duty as a test and reserve driver... Heidfeld is for Mercedes GP and Fisichella is for Ferrari. We are going to see a few numbers of rookies this season... Ayarton Senna's nephew Bruno Senna, Jose Maria Lopez, Lucas Di Grassi, Nico Hulkenberg, Vitaly Petrov and many more.

From next post onwards I am going to give you information about teams and tracks.
