Finally India's stand-in captain Virendra Sehwag able to justify his comments which he made about Bangladeshi Cricket Teams before the first test match starts, courtesy Man of the match Sachin Tendulkar and Gautam Gambhir's century, Ishant Sharma's bowling, Amit Mishra's all round performance and of course last but not the least poor batting performance by Bangladeshi's.
After India's 113 run victory against Bangladesh, Viru had added more salt to the wound by saying, “They still couldn’t take 20 Indian wickets."

Sachin Tendulkar completed 13000 runs in test cricket.
Gautam Gambhir touched record of making 5 centuries in consecutive test matches; he is now sharing this great achievement with Jacque Kallis and Mohammad Yusuf, only Sir Don Bradman is one century ahead of him. Hopefully he will touch Sir Don's record in the second test against Bangladesh starting from 24th of January at Dhaka.
